Submit a Cast/Crew Breakdown

We carry cast and crew breakdowns free of charge. All submitted breakdowns which meet our criteria will appear on our website as soon as possible. To appear in the published issue of PCR on a Monday, the deadline for receiving copy is 12.00 UK time every Thursday. Student film-makers have an earlier deadline of 17.00 hours Wednesday. Email is the preferred method for submissions, to info@pcrnewsletter.com. You can also send through the post to PCR, PO Box 11, London N1 7JZ. We recommend that you ring the office after sending your submission to confirm that we have received it. Please include your contact telephone number (not for publication).

Please also include the following information:

• Title of the project
• Brief synopsis (unless it is a well-know play)
• When and where it is happening
• Cast and/or crew required
• What the cast/crew will receive (expenses, payment, copy of the film, etc)
• Your contact details – email and postal address preferred. We don’t print phone numbers, but require them for our records.
• A deadline for submissions

Please note that PCR subscribers are all professional members of the industry and we are therefore unable to run breakdowns for extras or amateur performers.  The majority of agents also subscribe to PCR (so you may receive multiple submissions from an agent), however we do not give permission for online 'casting services' to use our information as we have had a number of complaints about them forwarding large piles of unsuitable candidates.

Last Minute Email Alerts
