Terms and Conditions

 

1.       Wilmington Publishing & Information Ltd (“the publishers”) only accepts signed and/or authorised orders.

2.       Subscriptions will be despatched on the Friday prior to publication week.

3.       In cases of non delivery, please call after 12 noon on Tuesday and we will arrange a replacement copy.  Non delivery must be reported during the publication week; under no circumstances can subscriptions be extended to cover Royal Mail-delayed post.  PCR operates a non-refund policy.

4.       Invoices will be issued when subscription commences and unless paid in advance payment of account shall be no later than 30 days.

5.       Wilmington Publishing & Information Ltd reserves the right to charge interest on any monies due which are in arrears or unpaid. Such interest will be calculated upon the amount owing at a rate of 8% per annum above the Base Rate of the Bank of England in the United Kingdom for the time being in force.

6.       Continued abuse of approved Credit Accounts will result in the Credit Facility being withdrawn and all future orders being accepted on a Pre Payment basis only.

7.       Any changes to delivery names and addresses must be made in writing.

8.       The subscriptions office should be informed of orders, renewals, address changes etc. by Thursday for subscriptions starting the following week.

9.       Fulfilment of orders for back issues and single copies is based on available stock.

10.   Subscription to PCR and Filmlog is for the sole use of the named subscriber only. They may not be circulated in any way, i.e. by sharing website username and passwords, or forwarding, emailing, sharing or photocopying the information contained within the printed publications or the website pcrnewsletter.com.

 

 

Cancellations Policy


 

1.       Refunds for cancellations will only be made in exceptional circumstances and entirely at the discretion of Wilmington Publishing & Information Ltd.

2.       A signed order form is a binding contract between the client and the publisher. Once a signed order form has been received and the subscription period indicated on said order form begins, cancellations are not accepted and payment must be made.

3.       Cancellations are accepted up to 10 weeks prior to commencement of subscription. However this has to be in writing to the subscriptions office. Please state clearly which publication this refers to.

4.       Repeat or standing orders can only be cancelled up to 10 weeks prior to start of subscription. However this has to be in writing to the subscriptions office. Please state clearly which publication you are referring to.

5.       Direct debit subscriptions are for a minimum of period of one month. All direct debit cancellations must be made in writing to: PCR Subscriptions, 6-14 Underwood Street, London N1 7JQ or by emailing info@pcrsubscriptions.com. Cancellation of your direct debit must be made five working days before the 5th of every month.
